Question

An unrecoverable operation... What to do?

Last week I was able to scan just fine.  This week I get this message, "An unrecoverable operation has occurred.  Operation stopped."  Any advice to help resolve this?  Computer is Mac, OS X El Capitan.  Scanner is a Xerox Phaser 6180 MFP.  Thanks

There may be some issue with driver or connectivity. So please try switch off and reconnect the scanner and also update the scanner driver if available. Please try options from Troubleshooting tips for scanner issues when using Acrobat
