Annotate PDF from remote location

Question

Hi,We are looking for features by which we can open PDF from remote location (From my server). We need feature like, user have PDF link in site, once user click on that link PDF will be downloaded tor opened up in Adobe Acrobat Writer (Pro DC version we can use) and user can annotate PDF file and once save that file PDF file should save on remote server.

This can be done with Acrobat and Adobe Reader but not the mobile apps. Also everyone will need to be able to access the remote file.
