Anyone having Publish Comments function hangs and fails in Acrobat?

When reviewing the PDF documents, the reviewers would add comments and use the "Publish Comments" button in Acrobat to replicate the  comments back to the master copy.  However, the publish comments function never returns to its normal un-shaded color, and the arrows icon did not stop spinning. Therefore, the comments do NOT get published successfully. Does anyone having similar issue?  If so, how did this get fixed?
