[App-V 5.0 Sp3][Acrobat DC]Got error “unable to find ‘Adobe PDF’ resource files" when creating pdf from docx/xls file

Dear All,

We deployed Acrobat DC in App-V by following this guide:

After the deployment, The Acrobat on app-v client can be launched and we can create pdf from a txt file successfully. However, when we convert other type of office files like docx, we get error “unable to find ‘Adobe PDF’ resource files”:

Is this a known issue? Any ideas?
