Appending to existing .pdf file

I now have Acrobat DC and I don't see an option to append a .pdf file to an already existing file.

I created .pdf's of email content. I don't want to combine the files as this creates one long file but does not keep each email separately.

Can this still be done?

Use the Insert command, under Organize Pages.
