Apply for RIKLA certificate for 64bit plug-in.

I have RIKLA certificate for 32bit plug-in.

I applied for RIKLA application three weeks ago for a 64bit plug-in certificate.

However, no reply was received.
I also sent an e-mail through Feedback, but there was no reply.

What did I do wrong?
What else should I do?
