Arrow's in pdf document not printing

I have a pdf document with text boxes and arrows in it. When I print the document, the text boxes print but the arrows do not. They used to print. What do I need to do?

Is it possible that the arrows are annotations as opposed to underlying PDF content? If that's the case you need to specify the Document and Markups option in the print dialog as opposed to the Document option for which annotations, form fields, etc. don't print.
