Auto-fill Keeps Causing Freeze Issue?

I’m using Windows 7

While using Reader, and more specifically, when trying to use the fill tool the computer will freeze. This happens a random times throughout the day.

I have tried the following:

• Ran Adobe updates
• Ran Windows updates
• I did this: Troubleshoot errors, freezes | Adobe Reader | Windows
• I used cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  to remove Adobe Reader and then try to re-install it from this link: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

• They are all the most recent versions.
• It is happening to 3 different people on 3 different computers.
• The forms are fillable.
• Happens with most fillable PDFs.
• Creating a new user account didn't seem to help.

Any other suggestions?
