Hi everyone,

I have recently completed my first pdf form - its about 36 pages of goodness really like the software - it is a simple form (i work for the govt so thats why its only 36 pages)

I am wondering if there is a feature in adobe to check for completeness of all fields - sort of like an autocheck if not and you can suggest how i could go about pushing a button and doing a check on the form for completeness that would be great

any thoughts would be appreciated

Martin

There is a built-in feature in Acrobat (and Reader) the validates all of the required form fields when the form is submitted.

If you want to use a different trigger to validate the file that's possible, but would require a custom-made script to be developed.
