Automatic update and no longer can sign documents
I had an automatic update on my windows system which included the Acrobat DC. Previous to the update, I was able to use the digital signature program through Acrobat DC and had no issues. Now when I try to digitally sign a document using Adobe DC, I receive the following error:
“Key does not exists” and “Error Code 2148073485”.
I need assistance. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the certificates……..still does not work. Do I need to uninstall Acrobat DC and reinstall? I am at my wits end.
