Hi,

Can we link the table of contents (TOC) in PDF file using the script/plugins? Please help me out.

No plugin for InDesign is needed. Creating a TOC is a normal part of the process of making any InDesign file. So long as you use paragraph styles correctly, it is simple.

This should not be attempted in Acrobat, since InDesign can do it automatically. Do you have a problem doing this with InDesign?

Thanks for the reply. If InDesign has option to generates TOC links and bookmarks automatically, I can go for. Please let me know if any script or plugin available for the same. Please help me out.

It's most likely possible, but will require the development of a custom-made script to identify the page numbers in the TOC (as well as the TOC pages themselves), and add links to them.
