Automation of Data From PDF Fields to Excel

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to automatically (in Adobe 10), on Submit from a PDF form, copy all data fields (filled in or not) to an existing Excel spreadsheet so the data appends to a new row each time. Is that possible?
