Autosum in Reader Touch

I have created a PDF form with several autosum fields and send it out to hundreds of users. One user with Adobe Reader Touch is complaining that the autosum does not calculate. Is this a limitation of the Reader Touch app?  The user has sent me their completed form and when I open it and edit one of the fields included in the auto sum, it causes the calculation to update.
