Bad bounding box

I combine PDFs (3-5) using Acrobat XI Pro on a PC running Windows 7. Every once in a while the print contractor gets a "Bad Bounding Box" Message and is unable to print the PDF. Is there a setting in PRO that might fix this? Any information would be appreciated.
