Bookmark Property Action

How do I have my Bookmark Property Action execute to a menu item to show the top of my bookmark pane?  I have it selected under actions, but it doesn't go to the top.  It shows page thumbnails.

I created a video of the issue I'm having.  As you can see, when I click the "Back" link I made, it jumps to the Page Thumbnails, rather than having it jump to the the top of the Bookmark window.  Thanks!
