bookmarks: print them & export them to Microsoft Word

How do I print my bookmarks and export them to Microsoft Word so I can add text?

There's no built-in command that allows you to do it. It can be done with a script, though, like this one I've developed and which can be purchased from here: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Acrobat -- Export Bookmarks Structure (to PDF/TXT), including page numbers
