Broken hyperlinks when replacing pages in Acrobat

Hi All,

I am doing some editing on 2 of my PDF documents, we will just name it document A and document B. Document A contains single page while Document B contains multiple pages.

I am replacing page 1 of Document B with Document A. The replacing function works but after doing the replacing, I found out that hyperlinks in the page that I just replaced are broken, the links have been shortened. When I try out the hyperlinks back in Document A, it is still showing the full hyperlink.

No issue if I delete page 1 of Document B and do an insert function to insert Document A to page 1 of Document B. Hyperlinks are still intact.

Appreciate everyone assistance on this or whoever has came across this issue.
