Business management help

Greetings,

What app or combination of apps will allow me to create online work request forms, once form is submitted,  transferred to a spreadsheet and turned into an invoice.

I just opened a screen printing store front and help managing paperwork and invoices. I have only used Adobe for Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere, I am not even sure if the business services are available, so can I get some help please.
