Can I make a form that will adjust the text within a paragraph to fit the field?

Need to make a form that has fields within a paragraph. I know how to adjust the field to fit the answer, however I do not know how to adjust the rest of the text in the paragraph. I will mention that this is a document that was made into a pdf from Word.

Here is an example:

Obviously, that field size is going to change based on the answer, but I cannot have a huge blank space between the answer and "that require added attention...".

Is this possible? How is it possible?
