Can I tag reviewers in a PDF Review Server situation?

Here's my conundrum:

I have a group of reviewers adding comments to a PDF review.

But, they reply to each other, with questions to the original commenter. But, the original commenter has no way of knowing there's a question for them. Can I tag reviewers in the comment field? Is there a way to configure this? Is there a plug-in? HELP! We use JIRA, for everything else, so everyone is trained to keep discussions in a thread. Works in JIRA. Not so much in Acrobat. I'm going insane being the intermediary, crafting emails to ask the questions that are posted, pinging people, chasing a moving target (yeah.. because while I'm doing all this, someone else just commented on that thread, too)....
