Can not find the 24 digit serial number

I just bought Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, and i can not find the 24 digit serial number. I can only find 2 different 19 digit codes, but it will not accept them in the student redemption? Where can I find the code?

Ok, before he can use a student product, he has to prove eligibility. Only then do you get a serial number. disappointing that it didn't come with clear instructions. please try this page: be sure not to follow the "purchased for a college" path, it's different.  Serial numbers, redemption codes, and product codes | Student and Teacher editions

Hello, I am still having problems as there is no alpha numeric code to use as a Redemption code on the product I have purchased.

Please help this is extremely frustrating.  Kay
