I just bought Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, and i can not find the 24 digit serial number. I can only find 2 different 19 digit codes, but it will not accept them in the student redemption? Where can I find the code?

Ok, before he can use a student product, he has to prove eligibility. Only then do you get a serial number. disappointing that it didn't come with clear instructions. please try this page: be sure not to follow the "purchased for a college" path, it's different.
