can't make PDF from file.doc

I fiund word files can't be transfered to PDF ,

Hi ,

Please tell tell the Acrobat version along with the version of Word.

Also let us know the OS you work on.

If possible could translate the error message and share with us as it is in a different language.

Also share the workflow.
