Can't open Acrobate XI pro and distiller XI. After click on the icons of them, nothing appeared and all windows begin to flash. Reinstall doesn’t benefit the issue.

I installed Acrobate XI pro and distiller XI and FormsCentral simultaneously, but only FormsCentral could work properly. And Acrobate XI pro could only open PDF file which was inserted into word document. If open a PDF file, or just click on Acrobate XI pro and distiller XI icons, they would not open and all open windows began to flash. I tried reinstall, but it doesn't help.
