can't open merged files

Also please confirm if issue occurs only when you combine the files or even when you open the scanned files without combine via acrobat as it might be possible that one of the file is causing problem.

Please provide the exact dot version of the software & OS installed at your system .Also check whether is there any update available for the software after going through "help > check for updates "

Would like to know is this happening with all the document or with this certain one.

Please try to recreate the document & then check .
