Can't open pdf files

Question

when i open a pdf file using adobe pro DC the file opens and after about 30 secs everything goes blank. I have to start all over again but I get the same results. adope cloud is a desaster!! why do you try to keep improving and with every upgrade things get worse.

How can I get some good help!!! Please

Hi michaelm1945Try to launch Acrobat, do not open any pdf in it, leave Acrobat running for few moments, and see if it goes blank. Could you please let me know from where you are trying to open the pdf file- from your computer or Document Cloud?Which operating system do you have-Windows/Mac?What is the version of Acrobat DC installed on the machine?To check the version of Acrobat, launch Acrobat>navigate to Help menu>select About Adobe AcrobatDoes Acrobat shows any error message after it goes blank?
