can't print
I enter password to access document, but when I try to prin ou, i states unable to print because it is password protected?

It might be possible that there is a print restriction implemented on the PDF. After opening the PDF by entering the password, right click on the PDF document & select Document Properties, under security tab check if Printing is Allowed or not.
