Can the quick tools bar be moved?

I like to minimize the width of the open window so that I can have 2-3 programs open side by side but my quick tools doubles the width of the window (in order to see all).  Is there any way to move the quick tools bar below the main bar (as was possible in Acrobat II pro)?

Found my own solution:  moved the tools I use from the Quick Tools bar to a Custom Tools set.
