Can we edit text from a scanned PDF using Creative Cloud?

Hello and thanks for any support you may be able to provide. Is it possible to do the following with Adobe Creative Cloud:

Scan text documents and edit the text?

If not with Creative Cloud, what other Adobe program allows this? Thanks

Apologies for the late response.

You need to use Adobe Acrobat application to perform the action you have mentioned.

Also Acrobat is a part of the Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.
