Can you help with the installation of Acrobat 9?

I just spoke to Customer Care and they told me to write you, explaining the situation. I had the program, got a new computer and need to reinstall it, but I'm having an issue with the installer/installation process of Acrobat 9. Quoting the rep, Rahul Dialle: "But the serial number is fine." Here's a screenshot of the serial number. When I enter it, the message I receive is "it's invalided " (please see other screenshots below).

Can you please help?

these are public forums. publishing your serial numbers can cause them to be black-listed because they are publically known.

if they have been black-listed i don't know if you can do anything to remedy the situation.
