Cannot Analyze and Fix a PDF (Mac 10.11.13 - Acrobat Pro DC)

I receive PDFs with print errors (RGB Images, Flattening issues etc). I choose 'Analyze and Fix' menu. Dialogue box pops up with 'Save as PDF'

Cannot enter any tex in this field to overwrite or rename, it's as though the window has frozen. Now happening on my colleagues Mac too.

Any help appreciated.

Hi ,

Try to update Acrobat to the latest patch.

Try restarting your Acrobat and then try the same.
