ExportPDF is a web service, to use it, go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/ and log in with your AdobebID (the same one you used to subscribe to the service) and then you should beer able to upload your PDF file and start the conversion

How about some other software for converting .pdf files? I would like to try out Total PDF Converter. I guess, it is a good solution for bulk converting of PDF files. Have you guys ever tried using it before?

Are you using the interface built into the free Reader, or are you uploading to the website directly? In my experience, the Reader interface is not very reliable, and uploading to the website works a lot more reliable.
