Cannot correctly convert PDF files from MS Office 10. Convert button doesnt work.

Hello,

Designers from our company are complaining on your software.

When they pressed right button they have the option to convert to PDF , but it doesnt work. PDF Maker is working correctly.

Could you please provide the exact dot version of the adobe application you are using and the OS on which it is running ?
