Cannot dock the properties bar

Adobe Pro XI

How do you dock the properties bar? It is something that I use almost constantly when doing mark-ups and ctrl-E gets real old...real fast when working with hundreds of mark-ups.

Is there going to be an update to fix this any time soon?

It can't be docked, and I doubt it will change with any updates, although you never know.
