Cannot download photoshop 14.1 update and the install update function prevents me from using the program.  There is no place on customer support that provides help or a contact.

You need to choose your forum carefully. This is the forum for Acrobat, not Photoshop. When you post in the Photoshop forum, I recommend you describe your symptoms in detail with any error messages in full. And say what version of Windows or Mac OS.
