cannot get serial number validated
Hello,
My co-worker purchased a copy of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro for me to use on a project I'm working on. However, upon installing it, I am not able to validate the serial number. First of all it claims that my computer is offline (which it is not). Then when I try doing a manual installation with the response code and everything, I get an error message that the serial number entered is not valid and that I should re-install the product and generate a new Request Code using a valid Serial Number. I have tried this once but it does not fix the problem. Please advise as to what I need to do to get this license working.
