Dear Support,

It is really painful to get a simple CD rom to be exchange.

I have a faulty Adobe Acrobat XI Pro.

I got it from MINE.com.sg

They refuse to change it. Please kindly advice me how to get it installed.

I will prefer to be able to download online.

The copy I bought comes with this install key: 1118-

If this is a new purchase, be very suspicious. Acrobat XI has not been sold by Adobe for nearly a year, older versions on sale are often counterfeit. Adobe will also not have stock of old disks.

And please confirm it as I am purchasing for my daughter using her student

I need to better solution, then stating this is highly suspicious is not

helpful.

Adobe is suppose to check who are their re-seller.

First, Adobe has agreements with VALID vendors... if that is not a valid vendor, Adobe will not know until someone reports
