Cannot print pdf forms completed in Internet Explorer. How do I fix this?

We use an online forms system in which all of the forms are in acrobat, and the site ha worked best when access using Internet Explorer.  Since we "upgraded" from Windows 7 to Windows 10, we have a terrible time printing these forms to save on our hard drive and email to clients.  We receive an error message saying Internet Explorer has stopped working, and after clicking ok, we are back to the same screen and the same cycle continues.  How do we fix this?   We have asked the forms system tech support, which tells us that is an Internet Explorer and Adobe problem that the forms vendor cannot fix.

OS = Windows 10

Explorer 11

Acrobat Pro X

Use the Firefox web browser with Adobe Reader plug-in; or make sure Adobe Reader is enabled in Internet Explorer 11 and you are not using Edge browser in Windows 10:

Display PDF in browser Adobe Acrobat DC, Acrobat Reader DC

Try to reset Internet explorer by opening Internet Explorer>click Gear icon in the top right>Internet Options>Under Advanced Tab>Reset>Apply>OK

Restart the system .
