cannot print to pdf in office 365

Recently upgraded to a new computer, Windows 8 OS.  We have Acrobat 9 and we cannot print pdf's in Office 365.  A workaround was suggested:  Click FILE, Export, Export to PDF, but the file created is larger than desired.  (It has worked on occasion, but has ceased)

The error message we get is as follows:

%%[ ProductName: Distiller ]%%

%%[Page: 1]%%

%%[Page: 2]%%

%%[Page: 3]%%

%%[Page: 4]%%

Cambria not found, using Courier.

%%[ Error: invalidfont; OffendingCommand: show ]%%

Stack:

( )

%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%

%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%

Any suggestions are appreciated.

I expect Acrobat 9 is not compaible with Office 365 since it was not compatible with Office 2016
