Cannot re-install after problems with Windows 10 upgrade and system reboot

I have used Adobe acrobat Pro DC for nearly a year on a Windows 7 PC. I ran into problems upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Managed to ultimately run Windows 10 but need to reinstall all my old software. It does not accept my activation code anymore on trying to reinstall the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. The support site seems designed to keep people off getting any support or I am plain duff. Cannot seem to access chat.

This site/ forum is probably inappropriate but it seems to the only place for a plea for help.

I can obtain my serial number from the login. I am attaching a screenshot of the e-mail last year which helped me register the product. I have also attached a screenshot of what happens when I try to register the product on my laptop. Attached below is also the screenshot of my account. It is not a subscription.

The whole process is very frustrating. Please help.
