Cannot see typed information on a mobile device

When I type information into a form that I created and save it as a pfd.  I email that pdf to someone and if they open it with a phone or ipad/tablet the information that I typed into the form does not show up.  If they open that same pdf on a PC, then they can see the information that I typed in there.  How can I save it as a pdf and email it so that the recipient can open and view it on their mobile device?
