Cannot set AcrobatPro XI as default PDF reader!!

Out of nowhere (other than just getting another massive Win10 update), I now find that my PDF's are opening in Edge, and attempts to try to change the default to Pro XI Return the following : "Adobe Acrobat was unable to become your default PDF program". 

Any idea as to what is going on?
