Change format in multiple fields to currency in Adobe Acrobat

Hello everyone,

I have no JavaScript knowledge so I need your help.

I have a form with multiple fields (they where auto-generated when I had Acrobat detect the fields so the names vary but they should all have the same properties).

I would like to change the format to currency ( "0.10" should be "$ 0.10").

Could you please advise on the JavaScript code I need to use?

I tried to google some solutions but nothing seemed to work.

Your help would be greatly appreciated

If you're interested in a tool that will allow you to do it quickly and without having to write any code yourself, check out this one I've developed exactly for this purpose: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Acrobat -- Apply Format to Multiple Text Fields

See Field Format Properties post.for a starting place.

Format Multiple Fields

Both links assume you have some basic skill with Acrobat JavaScript.

Thank you for your reply.

I tried to follow the instructions from the links you sent me but it didn't work.

Unfortunately, I do not have any knowledge of JavaScript so I'm not sure how to edit the examples you provided me.
