Change Recoginze Text Language by Programming

Would you mind to tell me which function should be called to change recognize text language by programming?  Many Thanks.

I know how to do this manually in Acrobat as below.  But I need to perform OCR for thousand PDF files (written in Chinese, Japanese and Korea) automatically through programming (Acrobat SDK).
