Hi there. I want to change a word doc to a PDF so as that it cannot be copy and pasted. Not sure how

You could create a PDF from the Word file using Acrobat (not the free Reader) or the appropriate online subscription service (Document Cloud PDF Services). However copy and paste of PDF content is still possible. You could reprint the PDF to an image in a PDF. That would make copy-paste less practical. To protect digital content you'd want to look at digital rights management (DRM).
