Changing default email address to send pdf's in emails once the pdf is created

My alternate email address is sending the email with the newly created pdf. How can i change the sending address to my principal email address?

Principal email address is gloving@npgcable.com

Currently when trying to send a PDF via email, the program trys to open (doesnt even open it), outlook.  I would instead like to program to open GMAIL.  Changing the preferences / email accounts does not work.
