Check boxes auto populate bullet point list

Hi - I am creating a form and need help. I do not have much javascript experience. 

I have multiple check boxes - when a box is checked I would like it to auto fill that name onto a bullet point list. 

Example: 

Check Box: name 1 

Check Box: Name 2 

Check Box: Name 3 

when selected the list would look like this 

• Name 1
• Name 2 
• Name 3
