Checkbox disappears

I got a form with a group of 5-6 checkboxes.

If I click into one checkbox I want, that the others disappear and not able to check anymore.

But If I uncheck the box, I want, that the others appear.

I found a option to do this, but when I save the PDF and fill it out on my PC, then the checkboxes appear when I click somewhere into the PDF.
