Chrome - PDF Conversion trouble

I'm currently running IEv11, Chrome v52.x (both 64 bit) and Adobe XI Pro on a Win 7 professional platform.

I installed the Adobe extension within both IE and Chrome and initially all was well. However, I have recently noticed that the "Convert to PDF" function on chrome no longer works, I get the error message "Conversion Failure".

It still work perfectly well in IE.

I've tried reinstalling the extension, resetting the browser settings but unfortunately had no success.

Upgrade of O/S is out of the question as it's a corporate standard.

Any ideas most welcome! Thanks in advance.

Also , try to download Adobe Acrobat extension from this link : Adobe Acrobat - Chrome Web Store  , remove existing Acrobat extension first before reinstalling.
