Clients will not accept Adobe updates through Solar Winds

Hi,

I am using SolarWinds version 2.1.0.1087. When I am pushing out updates for Adobe reader, most of my clients are telling me that the update is 'not applicable' to them.

Can anyone help me to troubleshoot this please?
