Combine Files to PDF

Trying to merge files together to create one big pdf and when I hit combine files a message pops up "No PDF file was created because Acrobat encountered an unidentified error" and under status it says "error file skipped" after each file….not sure why this is happening when it was working perfectly a few weeks ago.

Hi,

Please tell the Acrobat version and OS you work on.

I hope you are on a compatible version ,otherwise that could be one reason too.

A lot of the time the files can not be combined because of incompatible fonts, or at least font sets that could not be resolved.
